The micro fluid device, suppress generation of bubbles by the following method, based the pressure of the flow path is kept higher than the saturation vapor pressure and the sub flow path having sufficient length, satisfying the condition that the dissolved vapor will not be deposited; the method for increase the pressure by flowing liquid which will not mix or will hardly mix with the sample solution for deposition will not occur, or the liquid will not mixes with the sample solution due to change in the temperature or the pressure the conditions; or the pressure against the pressure for making the liquid flow from upstream to the downstream is imparted so as to raise the pressure in the sample solution etc.
