Abstract:
PURPOSE: To generate a printing plate having good reproduced image quality and printed image quality, having stable performance when overlappingly mounted during the work, and suitable for forming an image by the scanning exposure of laser or the like.
CONSTITUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor 11 has a peelable transfer layer 12 containing a thermoplastic resin removable by the chemical reaction process and having a high Tg or softening point and a thermoplastic resin having a low Tg or softening point on the uppermost layer and a photoconducting layer 2 having a peelable surface adjacently to the transfer layer 12. A toner image 3 is formed on the transfer layer 12 with the electrophotographic photoreceptor 11 for each electrophotographic process, the toner image 3 is heat-transferred on a material to be transferred 16 serving as the lithographically printable hydrophilic surface at the time of printing, the transfer layer 12 of the transferred material 16 is removed by the chemical reaction process, and an electrophotographic process printing plate is generated.
