Abstract:
To realize and provide means for achieving saving of limited fuel resources and reduction in generation of carbon dioxide gas, and social contribution as well as environmental protection by applying thrust to a moving object and restraining dynamic energy required for motion.
Electrode means which generates attraction effect and thrust from a discharge phenomenon is used and provided for a moving object to apply the thrust to the motion of the object, thus achieving the purpose by including the means which restrains and saves the dynamic energy required for the motion of the object, and reduces generation of the carbon dioxide gas.
