PURPOSE: To make it possible to utilize energy from a moon power station on the ground, by converting the generated energy from the moon power station into an ultraviolet laser and converting the ultraviolet laser into an infrared laser at a space base and converting the infrared laser into a power at a ground base.
CONSTITUTION: A solar light power station or a nuclear power station 3 is installed on the surface of the moon 2. A satellite 4 as a relay base can be relayed to a receiving base 5 on the ground. An ultraviolet laser 6 is used between the moon 2 and the satellite 4, and an infrared laser 7 is used between the satellite 4 and the ground base 5. That is, the ultraviolet laser 6 is converted into the infrared laser 7 by the satellite 4, and the infrared laser 7 is transmitted to the ground base 5. In the ground base 5, the infrared laser 7 is converted into a power by a photoelectric converter made of P/1/N, and the power is transmitted to necessary places. Thus, an energy from the solar light power station or the nuclear power station 3 installed on the surface of the moon 2 can be utilized on the ground.
