To integrate a stay on a headlight part side and a holder on a dynamo part side together by connecting the dynamo part and the headlight part together via a holder stay provided with a mounting hole used for installation to a fork in a bicycle.

A generator 1 is constructed of a headlight part provided with a headlight 2 and a dynamo part provided with a generation mechanism 3 and a foldable part 4. The dynamo part is assembled when an upper cover 5 covering the generation mechanism 3 and the foldable part 4 simultaneously is butted to a lower cover 6. From the lower cover 6, a base end section of a holder stay 7 is suspended. In the holder stay 7 formed into a substantially L-shape bending forward, a mounting hole 7a for installation to a fork in a bicycle is arranged in the corner part, and in the outer circumference of the mounting hole 7a, an inner clip washer machining is applied. On the other hand, a mounting hole 7b used for mounting the headlight 2 is bored in the holder stay 7 front end part so as to be fixed around a mounting pin 2a formed in the headlight 2 by caulking.
