Title:
GEOMAGNETIC AZIMUTH SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0942969
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To realize a geomagnetic azimuth sensor, which has practical sensitivity and which can be miniaturized and of which the cost can be reduced and which has high detecting sensitivity.
The surface of each ferromagnetic body K1, K2, is respectively provided with a barrier-like latching part 21 near a MR elements M1, M4, and the tip of a wire material forming each exciting coil C1, C2, is respectively latched on the latching part 21 for fixation, and these wire materials are arranged for wiring, by-passing the MR elements M1, M4.
