This geothermal heat collecting tank 10 includes: a heat exchange part 20 having an internal pipe 28 for causing a fluid CH to flow in the interior and an external pipe 29 housing the internal pipe 28 and causing the fluid CH to flow after flowing in the internal pipe 28 outside of the internal pipe 28 in the reverse direction to the flowing direction in the internal pipe 28, which is buried under the ground G; a tank body 11 for receiving the fluid CH flowing in the external pipe 29 outside of the internal pipe 28; and a header 15 disposed in the tank body 11 and communicated to the interior of the internal pipe 28 to supply the fluid CH to the interior of the internal pipe 28, wherein a passage for causing the fluid CH to flow from the header 15 through the interior of the internal pipe 28 and the external pipe 29 outside of the internal pipe 28 to the tank body 11 can be closed.
