To provide a geothermal power generation plant which further increases a power generation efficiency by increasing the power generation amount of a power generation plant, particularly an existing plant.
In this geothermal power generation plant, hot water from a geothermal well 12 is formed into steam, a generator 14 is driven by a power generated when the steam is expanded by a turbine 13, and turbine exhaust expanded by the turbine 13 is condensed by a condenser 15 and re-cooled by a cooling tower 17 into water. The geothermal power generation plant comprises a thermoelectric exchanger 18 for generating a thermal electromotive force by hot heat source fluid supplied from a hot water/steam supply system connected to the geothermal well 12 and cold heat source fluid from a water supply/recovery system 22 connecting the cooling tower 17 to the condenser 15.
