Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a getting-off assisting device capable of providing smooth getting-off behavior even by an occupant whose muscular strength of an upper arm part is weak.SOLUTION: In a getting-off posture of grounding tiptoes 16 on a getting-off position G outside of a vehicle via a door opening 4 when the occupant m of placing a hip part on a seat cushion 5 turns to the vehicle body side, an assist grip 10 is arranged in a lower position than under surfaces of the thighs 19 of the occupant m between the heels 17 and the waist 18 of the occupant m. A gripping part 12 of the assist grip 10 is formed in a structure having a finger hooking surface 14 slantingly extending inside and to the lower side in the vehicle width direction from the projecting end 13 on the door opening 4 side and a load support surface 15 slantingly extending inside and to the upper side in the vehicle width direction from the projecting end 13. The occupant m can stand up by pressing the load support surface 15 by the palms H1 of the hands by floating the waist 18 while forwardly inclining the upper body B1 by pulling in the gripping part 12 toward the occupant by gripping the gripping part 12.
