PURPOSE: To prevent the peeling of a fannel containing conductive film by forming a wedged projection for hooking on a drum of a getter holder.

CONSTITUTION: A getter ring supporting body comprises an arm 6 holding a getter ring 2, and a cylindrical drum 5 formed by press working, while a getter holder provided with a wedged projection 7 formed by press working internally along the cylinder, is manufactured on the drum 5. The projection 7 is cut off from the drum, on the bottom side of the wedge, and spring force works in the drum 5, from the center of the cylinder to the outside thereof. The drum 5 of the getter holder can be inserted into a fannel 1 by narrowing the diameter of the drum by an inserting pin 8. The peeling of a fannel containing a conductive film can thus be prevented.
