An elevating step disposed at the side face of a frame 2A of a lower structure of a construction machine and used to get on and off a driver' s cabin of a revolving super structure is provided with fixed parts 11 disposed inside the side ends of the frame 2A and rigidly fixed to the frame 2A, and step parts 12, 13, 14 supported at their base ends to the fixed parts 11 and arranged to protrude from the side ends of the frame 2A. At least part of the step parts is formed of flexible material.
