To provide a small-sized and light-weight gift wrapping paper positioning device which can be operated by man-power without use of a driving source such as a power source.

A gift wrapping paper positioning device 1 is equipped with an article fitting part 5 into which an article 4 is fitted, and a gift wrapping paper positioning part 6 which positions a gift wrapping paper 3 to be bonded to the article 4 so as to cover the article fitting part 5. Since the gift wrapping paper 3 is rotatable along a direction of winding the gift wrapping paper 3 around the article 4 in the state that the article 4 is fitted into the article fitting part 5 together with the gift wrapping paper 3 positioned by the gift wrapping paper positioning part 6, the gift wrapping paper positioning device 1 can be so configured that the device 1 is small-sized and has a light-weight, and further, the device 1 is equipped the article fitting part 5 and the gift wrapping paper positioning part 6 which can be operated by man-power.
