Abstract:
To provide a healing abutment equipped with marking locations to be attached to a dental implant.
Each of marking locations lacks a marker or has the marker and the marker provides a binary code system for searching unique information on the healing abutment and the implant positioned under the abutment. Namely, the gingival healing abutment to be attached to the dental implant is provided with at least three marking locations at known positions relative to each other, identifying markers can be provided in at least three marking locations and a combination of the identifying markers of at least three marking locations enables at least two characteristics of the healing abutment to be identified through the use of a binary reference system.
