Title:
ON-GLASS ANTENNA FOR VEHICLE AND SETTING METHOD THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3671419
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose an on-glass antenna which has a defogger and an antenna arranged close to each other and presents performance equal to a pole antenna.
SOLUTION: In the on-glass antenna wherein defoggers (130 and 140) and antenna conductors (100, 110 and 120) are extended on the glass, the on-glass antenna is provided with: first antenna conductors (110 and 120) extended along a surface of the glass; and the second antenna conductor (100) which is vertically extended along the surface of the glass approximately in the middle of a vehicle width direction of the defoggers in the area to which the defoggers are extended and a portion of which is coupled to the heating wire of the defoggers in terms of DC, the first antenna conductors (110 and 120) are arranged, with respect to the defoggers, so that a heating wire (108) connected with the second antenna conductor (100) is capacitively coupled with the first antenna conductors (110 and 120) with capacitance of approximately 40pF or less.
