Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to prevent a damage which a transportation roll is suffered by an electrical spark generated between a glass article and a transportation roll when the glass article is transported, which is formed from molten glass heated by energization.SOLUTION: A glass article transport device 80 includes a transportation roll 60 which is provided for transporting a glass article S formed from a molten glass G heated by energization. The transportation roll 60 includes an electrolytic corrosion preventive structure, which is provided for transporting the glass article S after being formed. The electrolytic corrosion preventive structure is configured as an insulation structure that prevents a discharge from the glass article S to the transportation roll 60.
