Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a glass bottle crusher enabling to crush a glass bottle to an adequate size and also being capable of a high speed treatment.
CONSTITUTION: Rotating bodies 1A, 1B having plural glass bottle blowing parts 3 being present on at a place being away a prescribed distance from a center of the rotation of a horizontal rotary shaft 2 are arranged at the upper stage and the lower stage with two-in-a set rotating bodies 1A, 1B, and a glass bottle throw in hole 10i is arranged in the middle of the two-in-a set rotating bodies 1A, 1B and the interval of the two-in-a set rotating bodies 1A, 1B is arranged slightly shorter at the tip of the glass bottle blowing part 3 of the upper stage than the max. diameter of the glass bottle 5 and the lower stage is arranged nearer than the upper stage and the rotary direction of the two-in-a set rotating bodies 1A, 1B is mutually in the reverse direction and also is set in the direction such that the glass bottle 5 is pushed down from an upper part of the rotating body 1 to the lower part.
