Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a glass substrate of FPD(flat panel display) cause neither warpage nor cross talk on the image of FPD and to improve reflectivity.
SOLUTION: This glass composition comprises ≥5 mol% and <35 mol% P2O5, ≥50 mol% and <65 mol% ZnO, ≥0.1 mol% and <10 mol% SiO2, ≥0.1 mol% and <10 mol% B2O3, ≥1 mol% and <20 mol% of one or more alkaline earth metal oxides selected from the group consisting of MgO, CaO, SrO, and BaO and ≥0.1 mol% and <10 mol% Al2O3 as glass component of the glass composition.
