Abstract:
To obtain a glass having a high Young's modulus.
This glass composition has compositional ranges of principal components of ≥35 and ≤50 wt.% of SiO2, ≥5 and ≤30 wt.% of Al2O3, ≥10 and ≤30 wt.% of MgO, ≥5 and ≤20 wt.% of TiO2 and ≥7.2 and ≤9.8 wt.% of Li2O in the glass composition.
