PURPOSE: To realize air-tightness and good appearance, by closing tightly one glass plate door at the front face or two glass plate doors at the front and rear faces respectively of a display case so that it/they can move forward, and by releasing the glass plate door(s) with a roller being contact with a rail on the case when the glass plate door(s) is moved forward by a pressing member.
CONSTITUTION: C-shaped rails 8 are fixed to upper edges of front and rear glass plate doors 4 and 5, the shaft of a roller 9 to rotate on the rails is attached to a movable part 11 of the case so that the shaft can move forward with the glass plate doors 4 and 5. A pressing member 12 of the pressing mechanism which presses the glass plate door and a guide rail 13 which slides the glass plate door is formed in a C-shape, the middle part of them are removed to separate, a travel member 15 with a roller 14 which is inserted into the removed part is fixed to the back of the glass plate doors 4 and 5 under the rail 8. When the glass plate door is pushed forward using the pressing member 12, the travel member 15 is inserted into the removed part and engaged with the guide rail 13 to enable to open and close the glass plate door.
