Abstract:

PURPOSE: To manufacture a glass fiber reinforced nylon reaction injection molded product of superior appearance and surface curing properties and also of good mechanical properties.

CONSTITUTION: A glass fiber reinforced nylon reaction injection molded product is manufactured by surface treating a composition, as a glass fiber surface treatment agent, containing an epoxy modified acryl copolymer, a polyoxyethylene type nonion surface active agent and amino group-containing silane coupling agent, and then disposing the glass fiber in the sheet shape and being reinforced with a mat to which glass fiber is fixed by means of a bonding agent not to be dissolved in the lactams.
