PURPOSE: The titled composition having improved coating performance, and high heat resistance, capable of forming a coating film having improved adhesiveness, obtained by adding glass fibers to a copolymer composition consisting of an unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride-containing styrene copolymer and polyamide.
CONSTITUTION: 60W5wt% glass fibers having length preferably 0.4W0.6mm is added to 40W95wt% copolymer wherein a chain part of a styrene copolymer comprising an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride as a copolymer ingredient, especially styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer having a maleic anhydride content 2W15mol%, etc. and an amide chain part (preferably polycaprolactam, etc.) are bonded chemically, or a resin comprising the resin, and the blend is mixed in a molten state at 220W330°C.
USE: Parts of cars, parts of household electric appliance, etc.
