Abstract:
The present invention relates to a glass melting furnace, a glass manufacturing apparatus, and a glass manufacturing method. The glass melting furnace having a crown structure is provided with a refractory layer (25) and a heat-resistant layer (29). The refractory layer (25) has a block row in which a plurality of refractory blocks (23) are arranged in an arch shape, and the heat-resistant layer (29) is arranged above the refractory layer (25) and has heat-resistant blocks (27) with larger porosity than the refractory blocks (23). The refractory layer (25) has: a plurality of block segments in which a plurality of block rows are connected in the longitudinal direction of the glass melting furnace; and a gap portion (S) disposed between the plurality of block segments and absorbing thermal expansion in the longitudinal direction of the refractory blocks (23). The crown structure is provided with a first heat insulation component (51) which surrounds the upper opening of the gap portion (S) and defines a first space (45) on the inner side. The first heat-insulation component (51) is formed of a refractory material having a porosity of 50% or less.
