Abstract:
The glass pane machining device 1 of the present invention comprises: holding plates 3 and 3a holding the glass panes 2; and a moving means 7 reciprocating the holding plates 3 and 3a in the reciprocating direction X while alternately moving them, moving the holding plates 3 and 3a on a single common moving passage 5 extending in the X direction in respective forwarding processes of the holding plates 3 and 3a and moving the glass pane holding plates 3 and 3a on another single moving passage 6 in respective backwarding processes of the holding plates 3 and 3a. This device is also provided with: a machining means 8 which machines the glass panes 2 held by the glass pane holding plates 3 and 3a in the respective forwarding processes of the holding plates 3 and 3a reciprocated by the moving means 7; a pair of clamping conveyor devices 11 and 11a clamping the inside of the edges 9 and 10 of the glass pane 2 to be worked when working the glass pane 2 by the working means 8; a carry-in side support part 12 supporting the glass pane 2 to be worked by the working means 8 in the carry-in side; and a carry-out side support part 13 supporting the glass pane 2 worked by the working means 8 in the carry-out side.
