To facilitate assembling work by suppressing a number of components and to improve sealability.SOLUTION: A glass run assembling structure guides a glass guide 105 provided on a door glass 100, and is mounted with a glass run 50 that has a vehicle exterior side wall portion 51, a first vehicle interior side wall portion 52, a coupling wall portion 53, a guide wall portion 54, and a second vehicle interior side wall portion 55, and is made to be a flush-surface. An outer garnish 60 is fixed to the outermost surface of an outer panel 201, and an inner garnish 80 extending from a vehicle interior side to a vehicle exterior side is fixed to an inner panel 202. The structure is equipped with a retainer portion 70 that is integrally molded with the outer garnish 60 and is assembled with the glass run 50 in an inward recessed portion 75, and a locking protrusion 90 that is integrally molded with the inner garnish 80, and locks a locking portion 58 at an end portion of the second vehicle interior side wall portion 55 of the glass run 50 to hold the glass run 50. The vehicle exterior side of the inner garnish 80 is rotatable in a first direction and a second direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
