Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass sealer applying device for vehicles which is capable of automatically applying the sealer on the sealer applying zone of a wind sealed glass.
SOLUTION: The glass sealer applying device is composed of an air controller, a sealer applying frame provided with the air controller at one end, glass close-contact rollers provided at the left and right sides of the sealer applying frame, a coating nozzle part movably provided on the sealer applying frame between the right and left glass close-contact rollers, a glass press-contact roller part rotating by the power transmitted to the one side of the coating nozzle part and a variable motor part provided on the bottom of the sealer applying frame to transmit the power to the glass press-contact roller part.
