To obtain durability against wind pressure without exposing a frame to the outside by bonding and fixing a plate glass on the surface side of a honeycomb core and a back board having the coefficient of thermal expansion approximately the same as the plate glass on the rear side respectively.

A plate glass 2 is bonded and fastened on the surface side of a honeycomb core 1 made of a metal and a back board 3 having the coefficient of thermal expansion approximately the same as that of the plate glass 2 on the rear side with silicone adhesives 4, 4 respectively. It is desirable that the outside dimensions of the honeycomb core 1 are formed at a value smaller than the outside dimensions of the plate glass 2, and a frame member 15 having the coefficient of thermal expansion approximately the same as the plate glass 2 is arranged into a clearance 14 formed of the outer circumferential surface 1A of the honeycomb core 1, the rear 2A of the plate glass 2 and the surface 3A of the back board 3. Accordingly, the lightweight glass-surface honeycomb panel having large durability against wind pressure is acquired without exposing a frame to the outside and without receiving a restriction in the strength dimensions of the plate glass 2.
