PURPOSE: To concurrently wash the inside and the outside of a glass and rinse it immediately after washing by providing an inner brush member at the inner center of a washing tank, providing an outer brush member on the inner periphery, and constituting a rinsing section with an outer rinsing member and an inner rinsing member.

CONSTITUTION: A fouled glass A is inserted into brushes 7 and 9 between an inner washing member 6 and an outer washing member 8 of a brush washing section 3 while being reversely erected in a washing tank 5, it is given a horizontal rotation and vertical movement, the inside and the outside of the glass A are washed by the water containing a detergent, and blots are quickly removed. The glass A is next moved to an adjacent rinsing section 4 and inserted to cover an inner rinsing member 12 in the reversely erected state, a shaft member 20 is pushed down and lowered in the glass A, and a valve 16 is opened. Water flows between an outer tube section 19 and an inner tube section 15 and is divided into water pipes 25a and 25b, it flows into outer rinsing members 10a and 10b, and it is sprayed through many through holes 11a and 11b to rinse the outer face of the glass A. A valve 22 is concurrently opened, and water is sprayed upward from a valve seat 22 to rinse the inner face of the glass A.
