The glasses with the glasses holding band is formed by holding the holding band H which is constituted of a stock material having flexibility and has a slit 3 in a longitudinal direction and in which the rear end parts 1b of the cylindrical holding parts 1 held by the pair of temples T of the glasses G are connected by the connecting parts 2 respectively at the temples T of the glasses G.
