Abstract:
SOLUTION: A glass frit for aluminum enamel contains, by wt.%, POof 30 to 60%, AlOof 0 to 30%, BOof 0 to 15%, alkali metal oxide (total of KO, NaO, LiO) of 15 to 35%, SbOof 0 to 15%, TiOof 1 to 20%, ZrOof 1 to 15%, ZnO of 0 to 10%, BaO of 0 to 10% and practically no SiO.EFFECT: By using the glaze for aluminum enamel, chemical resistance such as sufficient glossiness, acid resistance, alkali resistance and good adhesiveness can be obtained and further glaze can maintain performance thereof for long term with a state of a slurry even when fired at 580°C or less during glass coating aluminum and aluminum alloy-made cooking pan, fly pan or the like or an aluminum plated steel sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: None
