PURPOSE: To provide a shaped film which is in the style of suede having a dampish and slimy touch at a portion where a finely indented layer on the gloss-mat surface of a formed product is formed, and which can associate the finely indented layer and flat layers with one another on the surface of the film, thereby producing a remarkable effect on design.

CONSTITUTION: A surface layer in which a finely indented layer 2 and flat layers 3 are associated with one another is laminated on a base film 1 to form a shaped film. To associate the finely indented layer 2 with flat layers 3, the surface layer is formed by printing resin partly on a finely indented layer and by applying resin for forming a finely indented layer to the entire face of a liquid-repellent resin partly applied. A gloss-mat surface can be formed on the surface of a formed product by using this shaped film.
