To prevent atmospheric air from flowing into a box even if pressure in the box suddenly changes, by separating a metal catalyst from a desiccant for removing oxygen and moisture mixed into gas cooled in a two-stage cooler by a partition plate, and housing them in one adsorbing column, and by providing a check mechanism between a glove box and a pressure control valve.
An internally air-tight box 3 having a transparent window 2 and gloves 5, an inner pressure gage 11 that detects gas pressure in the box and transmits a signal, and a check mechanism are provided. The check mechanism is provided between the box and an automatic pressure control valve 9 connected to a pipe 10 with an end opened to the atmosphere, to be opened when the gas pressure in the box increases higher than an upper limit of a set pressure, to be closed when the gas pressure is lowered below the set pressure and connected to the pipe. An inert gas circulation refining apparatus is provided which cools in two stages with an air-cooled and an electronic systems, separates a metal catalyst from a desiccant for removing oxygen and moisture mixed into the gas by a partition plate and housing them in one adsorbing column, to remove oxygen and moisture mixed into the gas.
