Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing gloves with reduced cracking of a coating layer, which is mainly composed of nitrile butadiene rubber.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing gloves of the present invention, with a fiber glove body that covers a wearer's hand by forming a coating layer on the outer surface of a glove body by immersion processing, and a coating layer that covers at least a part of the outer surface of the palm area of the glove body and is mainly composed of nitrile butadiene rubber, includes the steps of impregnating the glove body in a coagulant solution, immersing the glove body after the impregnation into a latex material, and drying the glove body after the immersion. In this method, the glove body is knitted by a glove knitting machine with a gauge of 10 or more and 26 or less, the coagulant solution contains 5 mass% or less of polyvalent metal salts, the coating layer contains a cross-linked material of nitrile butadiene rubber and polycarbodiimide and zinc oxide, and the mass ratio of polycarbodiimide to nitrile butadiene rubber is 0.002 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
