Abstract:
PURPOSE: To integrate an inner shell made of non-shrinkable ceramics for embedding a metal heating wire with an outer shell made of silicon nitride without gap by inserting the inner shell into the outer shell.
CONSTITUTION: A spiral metal heating wire 20 made of tungsten or tungsten alloy is embedded in an outer peripheral wall of a round rodlike inner shell 32 made of porous ceramics. The shell 32 is inserted into a slender cup-shaped outer shell 31 made of dense silicon nitride, and an intermediate layer 37 of porous ceramics containing different ingredients is provided in a gap between the shells 31 and 32.
