PURPOSE: To efficiently dry glue without damaging a plastic film by constituting the above dryer of a far IR heater and cold air fan and drying the glue coated on the film by far IR rays and cold air.

CONSTITUTION: The dryer 13 which dries the glue 10 coated on the plastic film 4 is constituted of the far IR heater 14. The far IR rays of the heater 14 pass an aperture 17 of the cover 15 and are released toward the glue 10 of the film 14 when the film 14 is guided to the dryer 13. The far IR rays are, therefore, absorbed in the glue 10 and not only the surface of the glue 10 but also the inside thereof are heated. The cold air of the fan 18 is simultaneously blown toward the glue 10 by which the evaporation of the moisture of the glue 10 is accelerated and the glue 10 is effectively dried. The film 4 itself is cooled at this time and is not damaged by heat.
