Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing laminated lumber formed of a woody material excellent in strength and workability.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing laminated lumber includes bonding a laminate formed of a reinforcement lamina formed of a reinforcement material containing a reinforcement fiber and lumber, and a woody lamina formed of only a woody material by high frequency heating. It is preferable that the fiber for reinforcement is aligned in a length direction of the reinforcement material, the fiber for reinforcement is a continuous fiber, and the fiber for reinforcement is a carbon fiber. It is preferable that the fiber for reinforcement is arranged mainly on a periphery portion of the reinforcement material, the reinforcement material has a rectangular shape, and the reinforcement material and the lumber are arranged in a width direction. It is preferable that a direction of the high frequency heating is a width direction of the laminate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
