Abstract:
To provide a glycyrrhizin-solubilized preparation for oral use exhibiting high enteroabsorbability with a glycerol fatty acid ester and glycyrrhizin existing in a dissolved state, and to provide a method for producing the glycyrrhizin-solubilized preparation for oral use.
The glycyrrhizin-solubilized preparation for oral use comprises glycyrrhizin and/or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, the glycerol fatty acid ester and such a solvent as to dissolve 2 mass% or more of the glycyrrhizin and/or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The method for producing the glycyrrhizin-solubilized preparation for oral use is also provided.
