Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent positional deviation and inversion of eye cups by connection members on left and right sides connected to the outer end parts of the eye cups enough in length to let the outer end reach near left and right ears when a goggle is mounted on a head.
CONSTITUTION: This goggle is provided with a pair of eye cups 2, left and right, a link member 3 to link opposed inner end parts of the eye cups 2, connection members 5 which are coupled to outer end parts of the eye cups 2 while having a length enough to let the rear end parts thereof reach near ears 55 in wearing and an elastic band 4 is provided to bind outer end parts of the connection members 5. The connection members 5 are made up of a rubbery elastic body in the whole or a part of the length thereof and the rubbery elastic body portion in wearing is made smaller in the tension distortion than the elastic band 4. Moreover, the connection members 5 are connected smoothly to upper and lower rim parts and the fronts of the eye cups 2 near a joint with the eye cups 2 while the length-wise width and thickness thereof are made thinner as they reach binding parts with the band 4 from the binding part with the eye cups 2.
