Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a small-sized goggle integrated type brain wave inducing apparatus excellent in handling by making induction efficiency constant by forming a light stimulating signal using the brain wave picked up from an examinee himself and feeding back said signal to the examinee to apply light stimulation to him.

CONSTITUTION: A shade plate 8 composed of black polyvinyl chloride is arranged at the position on the face side of a holder 6 so as to cover the eyes of an examinee and both left and right ends thereof are fixed to the holder 6 by rivets 9. The brain wave signal processing part 3 received in a plastic case is fixed to the holder 6 at the central position on the face side thereof and a brain wave electrode 10a and an earth electrode 10b both of which have a button shape for picking up a brain wave from the forehead of the examinee are provided to the inner peripheral wall surface of the brain wave signal processing part 3 at the positions brought into contact with the left and right foreheads of the examinee. When goggles 2 are mounted to the head 1 of the examinee, the brain wave electrode 10a and the earth electrode 10b are naturally brought into contact with the left and right foreheads.
