Abstract:
To improve quality of golf ball launch condition data collected by radar tracking systems, especially in limited travel distance environments, and to enhance experience for end users of these radar tracking systems.SOLUTION: Golf balls including one or more layers having at least one radar detectable mark disposed on their surface are provided. An example golf ball comprises a layer with a mark disposed on a surface thereof and the mark is formed from a radar detectable material. The mark has dimensions such that every great circle path on the golf ball layer surface on which the mark is disposed intersects the mark. The mark has a continuous shape comprising three or more intersecting stripes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
