Abstract:
To provide a golf ball which is easily manufactured, suppresses resilience, and can obtain excellent feeling.SOLUTION: A golf ball includes a spherical core and at least one layer of a cover for covering the spherical core. The spherical core is formed of a rubber composition including (a) polybutadiene, (b) a co-crosslinking agent, and (c) a crosslinking initiator. In an absorbance spectrum in measuring the spherical core by a Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer, (a) peak intensity derived from a vinyl group of the polybutadiene and (b) peak intensity derived from a carbon-carbon unsaturated bond of the co-crosslinking agent satisfy the relationship of the formula (1).
