Abstract:
To provide a golf ball being moldable highly accurately in a performance and aesthetic property even in a case of reducing the weight of the ball, and a manufacturing method of the golf ball.SOLUTION: A golf ball 100 includes a core spherical body 101 and an outer surface body 110. The core spherical body 101 is composed of a thermoplastic ionomer resin with bending rigidity of 320 MPa. An outermost layer 103 of the core spherical body 101, coming into contact with an inner surface of the outer surface body 110 is composed of a solid body without air bubble 102. Alternatively, in the core spherical body 101, an inner layer 104 located inward the outermost surface layer 103 is composed of a porous body with numerous air bubbles 102. In that case, the inner layer 104 is so formed that the size of the bubble 102 increases toward the central part of the core spherical body 101.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
