Abstract:
To provide a golf ball manufacturing method enabling acquisition of a golf ball in which separation of a coating film can be suppressed.SOLUTION: A golf ball manufacturing method according to the present invention comprises: an inner layer molding step of molding an inner layer 12 comprising an outer surface having concave portions 121; an inner coating film forming step of coating the outer surface of the inner layer with inner coating film paint after the inner layer molding step, thereby forming an inner coating film 13; an inner coating film removing step of removing the inner coating film other than the inner coating film covering surfaces of the concave portions out of the inner coating film after the inner coating film forming step, thereby obtaining an inner ball 14 comprising the inner layer and the inner coating film; and a cover layer molding step of molding a cover layer 15 comprising an outer surface comprising dimples 151 on an outer peripheral side of the inner ball after the inner coating film removing step, thereby obtaining a golf ball 1. The inner layer and the inner coating film are different in color from each other. The cover layer is transparent or semi-transparent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
