To provide a golf ball excellent in flying distance, flight stability and controllability.
A golf ball includes a center, an intermediate layer, a reinforcement layer, a cover and a paint layer. The golf ball has many dimples on a surface thereof. The cover is molded from a resin composition containing thermoplastic polyurethane (A) and a polyisocyanate mixture (B). The polyisocyanate mixture (B) includes a urethane prepolymer (B1) having two or more isocyanate groups or an isocyanate compound (B2) having three or more isocyanate groups. The polyisocyanate mixture (B) further includes a thermoplastic resin (B3) which does not substantially react with the isocyanate group. The golf ball is obtained by a molding die having projections 34 projected from an equator. The projections 34 include a part of pimples 28.
