Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf ball with which an increase in carry is made possible by increasing an effect of disturbing the flow of air around the golf ball.
SOLUTION: This golf ball has dimples 2 of which the dimple deepest part 1 in the plan view of the dimples does not align to a dimple center O. The acute angle δ of intersection formed by a straight line T passing the dimple deepest part 1 and the dimple center O and a large circle band 6 passing poles P, P and the dimple center O is specified to -85 to 85°. The dimple deepest part 1 is arranged nearer the seam S side than the dimple center O.
