After a battery is charged to a full charge capacity, a decision is made whether the counter value has reached a predetermined specified value n or not. When the counter value does not reach the specified value n, course information is learnt when the golf cart runs on the running course. When the counter value reaches the specified value n, course information corresponding to the running course is stored, and a decision is made based on the course information thus stored whether the battery may be overcharged or not on the running course. When the battery may be overcharged on the running course, discharge control of the battery is performed.
