Abstract:
To provide a golf club head capable of producing clear sound and hitting sound with an appropriately set high tone and a method for designing the same.
The golf club head has such characteristics that the golf club head has not more than two absolute discordance elements whose degree of absolute discordance is at least 150 in an absolute discordance matrix consisting of a plurality of absolute discordance elements obtained from a typical peak of power spectrum of the hitting sound, and that the center of gravity of the spectrum obtained from the typical peak is at least 6,000 Hz.
