Abstract:
To provide a golf club shaft having an excellent carry performance.SOLUTION: A shaft 6 includes a tip end Tp, a butt end Bt, and bending rigidities E1 to E10 of points respectively 130 mm, 230 mm, 330 mm, 430 mm, 530 mm, 630 mm, 730 mm, 830 mm, 930 mm and 1030 mm away from the tip end Tp. A ratio (E8/E1) is 2 or more and 7 or less. The bending rigidity E1 is 2.5 (kgf m2) or less. The bending rigidity E8 is 5.0 (kgf m2) or more. When an equation of a line passing through a point (230, E2) and a point (630, E6) is y=ax+b, the shaft 6 satisfies the following relations R1 and R8. (R1): (130a+b)
