Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf club head which is made of a metal and is manufactured by combining a plurality of divided cores with one another and in which at least one of the divided cores consists of a metal sheet with parts different in wall thickness, the strength of the metal sheet with parts different in wall thickness is high, and the metal sheet can be easily manufactured.
SOLUTION: The metal sheet with parts different in wall thickness for forming the divided cores is formed by cold plastic working or hot plastic working. A sheet material with a thin wall part 10 and a thick wall part 12 is manufactured by cold rolling working or hot rolling working, for example, through the use of a rolling roller. It is possible to provide inclined parts 14 between the thin wall part 10 and the thick wall part 12.
