Abstract:
To provide a golf shaft capable of achieving stable strength by reducing a total void content in a golf shaft.
As a fiber toe a, a carbon fiber toe of 400tex is used. For molding resin b, 1-liquid type modified epoxy resin is prepared, and carbon nanotubes or carbon nanofibers of a diameter of 5-200nm and a length of 50nm-10μm are added by 3wt.% thereto to form the moulding resin b. Toe prepregs 11, 12, 13 comprising the fiber toes 1 to which the molding resin b is impregnated till the resin content is 38wt.% are formed, and the golf shafts 71, 72, 73 and 75 are provided to include layers formed by fabricating the toe prepregs 11, 12 and 13.
