To provide a portable training implement which can safely enhance a muscular strength necessary for a golf swing and makes it possible to understand a swing plane in the home or the like.

The implement includes a grip 21 which can be held by the hand and a frame 31 which supports the grip 21. The grip 21 can produce two kinds of rotations of rotational motion (A1) and rotational motion (A2), and the rotational motion (A2) gets rotational resistance of normal rotation produced by a resistance load part provided inside the frame 31. The frame 31 is fixed by bringing a portion of the frame plane part 31b into contact with an exterior wall surface so as to be made a support point. By the rotational motions of the grip 21, two kinds of loads, that is, the load of the rotational resistance provided inside and the repulsive resistance from the exterior wall surface, are applied. The rotational motion (A2) is planar circular motion and this enables consciousness of the swing plane and enhancement of the muscular strength in the swing.
